Supt. Joel Pagdilao uncovered the personality of the extravagance sports auto driver who assaulted a Metro Manila Development Authority movement authority.
Joseph Russel Ingco, 39 years of age, is purportedly the driver of a blue Maserati Marshall who attempted to turn in a 'No Left Turn' crossing point. MMDA movement authority Jorby Adriatico attempted to take a photograph of the games auto while disregarding the activity principle, be that as it may, when the driver saw Adriatico taking picture he made a U-turn setting off to the post of the implementer.
As per Adriatico, the driver took his telephone then snatched his neckline and punched him in his face. While snatching Adriatico the driver drove the auto some few meters. The driver then left the MMDA activity authority taking the telephone.
"Drivers are not permitted to take a left turn on the Araneta crossing point so I attempted to take a photograph of him damaging the movement principle," Adriatico said in Filipino.
MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino said the driver's forceful activity benefits proper punishment and judgment.
